Can i refund my items?


If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds. However, if your product arrives broken or damaged please let us know within 14 days to ensure we are able to help with your request. Please contact us via email info@naturallyreplenished.co.uk and let us know your order number and the reason. We will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.




Why has my body butter melted?


The ingredients in our body butter's have high melting points and should be stored out of direct sunlight. Naturally replenished use natural materials and changing our formula to prevent the butter from melting will go against our moral conduct of remaining 100% natural. When the butter melts due to room temperature it does not lose any of its healing properties, simply place it in the fridge and it will return to its solid form.
